CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 20% of the scheduled service total.
